Patti Jo Fitz, Executive Director

My background is in business management.  Most of my career has been in the hospitality industry, managing or owning hotels and restaurants.  Although the business world can be exciting and profitable, I longed for a more meaningful career.  About five years ago, I decided to change occupations to work with seniors.  It was the best career decision I have ever made!  I have a real passion for what I do.  It feeds my soul and brings much joy to my life.  I am committed to making a difference in the lives of our residents, their families, and our staff.

Victorian Square is unlike any other assisted living I have known.  As most know, the building itself is historical.  Many area residents have been through its’ doors, both as the former Chamberlain Memorial Hospital and now as Victorian Square Assisted Living. The residents and staff are like family.  Many of them have been here for years, some since the facility opened.  My goal is to exceed their expectations every day!
